Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Biz-Automation Co., Ltd. for using Muninn. They are written to be read. Where a sentence protects us, it says so plainly, and where the law where you live gives you more than this page does, the law wins.

01

Who you are contracting with

Muninn is provided by Biz-Automation Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand under registration number 0105554085465, with its registered office at 20 Soi Phattanavet 7, Sukhumvit 71 Road, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We trade as Biz Automation. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person using Muninn. When you use Muninn, your contract is with us.

"Muninn" and "the service" mean the Muninn web app, its API, its MCP server and the pages it publishes, wherever they are served, including munn.is and muninn.bizat.co.

02

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, or by continuing to use Muninn after these terms are shown to you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Muninn, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy a paid plan. If you use Muninn on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

03

Your account

You need a verified email address to save or change anything in Muninn. Until then your account can sign in and read, but not write. Keep your password, recovery code and API keys private. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.

Your memories are encrypted under a key that your own credentials unlock. That protects you from us, and it has a cost: if you lose every credential that can unlock your account, and no connected mirror holds a recoverable copy, we cannot recover your data. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe.

04

Your content belongs to you

Everything you or your AI stores in Muninn (memories, skills, bundles, tasks, tables and artifacts) remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us a limited permission to store, encrypt, index, process and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you: to save it, to compute the search embedding that makes it findable by meaning, to return it to you and the AI tools you connect, to copy it to a mirror you connect, to share it with a team you share it with, and to publish it at a link when you publish it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for the content you store and for anything you publish or share. You confirm you have the right to store and share it.

05

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Muninn. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for anything unlawful, or to store or publish content that is unlawful;
  • use it for fraud, phishing, spam or impersonation, including through a published artifact link;
  • store or publish content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfere with the service's security or stability: no malware, no probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, no attempts to reach other users' data, no scraping, and no circumventing rate limits, usage limits or plan restrictions;
  • resell or rent access to the service without our written agreement.

If you find a security problem, tell us at [email protected]. Good-faith reports are welcome.

06

Plans and limits

Muninn has a Free plan and a paid plan. The current price and what each plan includes, including the number of items a Free account can hold, are shown on the pricing page.

Both plans also have daily fair-use limits: up to 50 new items a day on Free and 1,000 on the paid plan, and up to 2,000 searches a day on either plan. They reset at 00:00 UTC, your account shows how much of each you have used today, and they exist to keep the service up for everyone rather than to limit ordinary use. They are enforced automatically.

If a paid plan ends and your account is above a Free limit, nothing is deleted. You can still read, export and delete everything. Adding new items may be blocked until you are back under the limit or subscribe again.

We may change plans, prices or limits. A price change for an existing subscription takes effect only from your next renewal after we have given you at least 30 days' notice by email.

07

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewal and cancellation of a paid plan are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout.

In short: a paid plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT, and checkout shows the total before you pay. You can cancel at any time: in Muninn under Account > Usage > Cancel subscription, with the cancellation link in any subscription email from Paddle, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, the paid plan keeps working while Paddle retries the charge. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

08

What we own

We own the Muninn service and everything we make for it: the software, its design, the documentation, the skills and help text we publish, and the Muninn and Biz-Automation names and marks. These terms give you the right to use the service. They do not transfer any of that ownership to you.

09

The service as it is

We work hard to keep Muninn running and your data safe, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Search is eventually consistent, so a newly saved item can take a few seconds to become findable. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Muninn is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not written in these terms. We recommend keeping your own copy of anything important, which is what export and mirrors are for.

10

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where it is practical, if:

  • you materially breach these terms;
  • your account creates a security or fraud risk to the service, to us or to other users; or
  • you repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use rules.

We may also remove a published artifact link that breaks these terms without suspending the account behind it.

You can stop using Muninn at any time. You can export your data, and you can delete your account from the app. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Deleting an account also cancels any paid subscription immediately, so you are not charged again. The rest of the period is not refunded automatically; a payment made in the last 30 days can still be refunded under the Refund policy.

11

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of goodwill, and our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Muninn after that means you accept the updated terms.

13

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Thailand, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are faster to fix by email.
